Is overcrowding the world's biggest problem in the future?

Overpopulation is behind all the other environmental problems such as more resources being used and more greenhouse gas being given out. Shouldn't we be controlling this before we focus on other environmental issues? Do you think the world will get better or worse in the future? Are we at our peak?Is overcrowding the world's biggest problem in the future?i think the theoretical maximum is 12 billion, we are currently at 7 and i remember when were at 6 billion less than 20 years ago

if we reach that number more people will die and we will reach a steady state

however as china and india industrialize their populations will decrease

if the pope will allow condoms and sex education into africa their populations will decrease (and the instances of aids too)

for me and my community sphere i dont see how any of this will affect me because i lived in a well educated area where people are rich enough to import food and wont be heavily affected by rising food prices

its this sort of thinking that will make sure my own government doesnt take any serious action until it is too late, however i dont think the world should depend on the kindness of the west

although it is a bonus to receive foreign i want to see the countries that will be most affected design their own policies to prevent this from happening

we can send all the money and food you can dream of but if your leaders (political and religious) insist on restricting sex education, condoms, birth control or abortions then what chance does the developing world really have?

i hope and believe these leaders will see rationality and make some marked changes to their societies and protect their people from their own stupidity, i dont mean communism, i mean educationIs overcrowding the world's biggest problem in the future?
I have to honestly say, I only believe the world will get worse. We all, meaning all countries, are trying and wanting to control all these problems, but to be honest, I think its gone too far. I think overcrowding is something huge, and I find it quiet interesting that you came up with that! :)

But to be honest, I think the cliche answer, is the right answer...its global warming! Is overcrowding the world's biggest problem in the future?get more details ; open the second %26amp; third link on: www.sos-environment.co.ccIs overcrowding the world's biggest problem in the future?
yes- we need to limit the number of children people have unfortunatelyIs overcrowding the world's biggest problem in the future? There are few, if any, problems that can't be traced to overpopulation. It is difficult to do anything about it because, as soon as you educate people about birth control or provide adequate means for it, someone yells either "Blasphemy!" or "Genocide!".

Do you know what we call people who rely on the rhythm method of birth control? (Answer at end)

Unfortunately, I doubt very much that we are anywhere near the population peak.
