What is the procedure regarding Environmental Health?

A person has a problem with a Landlord and his refusal to carry out repairs that have dragged on for a number of years and as a last resort contacts the above

According to them It would take one week to find who has an interest in the property and thirty days to give these people a chance to put right the outstanding repairs

Sixty seven days later nothing happens

Can anyone tell me What next ??

Thanks in advance for any adviceWhat is the procedure regarding Environmental Health? You could try one of the routes that Doethineb suggests.

Alternatively, you can try something different. If Environmental Health is involved, then I assume that this is a residential property. If this is so, then there may be a breach of section 11 of the Landlord %26amp; Tenant Act 1985. And you can take action to enforce this yourself. That action can involve using one of the no-win-no-fee solicitors specialising in housing (which can be found using the first link below) or via Shelter (see second link). What is the procedure regarding Environmental Health? You could try these. http://www.lgo.org.uk/
