What environmental issues should i talk about?

i'm doing a presentation and i need some ideas on some topics.. topics has to do with problems on environment.



example: acid rain

more specific topic: acid rain affecting drinking water.

Acid rain not only affects the drinking water, it has severely reduced the population of brook trout in the Adirondack Mountain area of New York. This has in turn led to fewer fishermen in a tourist-based area. So it directly affects the economy. There are more things it has done, too, and I'm sure you can find some of them.



If you want something a little less common, look at invasive species and their effects.
