What about ozone depletion? Consider the precautionary principle introduced at the 1992 Earth Summit.?

2. In your opinion, is global climate change occurring? What about ozone depletion? Consider the precautionary principle introduced at the 1992 Earth Summit. What might be the short-and long-term economic effects of using this approach to solve environmental problems such as climate change and ozone depletion? What about ozone depletion? Consider the precautionary principle introduced at the 1992 Earth Summit.?Sound like homeworks??

Lets face it, we follows the ozone layers for few years only, and bang we find holes in it and think that we are responsible... Now many understand that the Ozone holes are following a cycle and that they open and close naturally. Those are caused by the variation in the geomagnetic field of the Earth, that in turn is affected by the rotation of the Earth (Earthquakes are the main vectors that affects it)... So what your teacher is teaching you may become obsolete in the next few years...

If he ask you about how sure we are about the Ozone layer holes, just tell him that chemically the CFC molecules are way to heavy to climb (by ascendant wind) at the altitude needed to desintegrate the Ozone layer...

Those molecule viscosity is way to high, and the Reynold equation forbid such molecules to reach the appropriate altitude...
