Serious Problems with my computer, Please Help!? UPDATE?

OK so this was my First Post:

Whenever i shut down my computer it goes to a blue screen then crashes and restarts. On startup it says hard disk failure f1 to continue and f2 to setup. I can press F1 to continue and it will boot normally, But there are still problems. Say if i download a program and i try to open it, it will say "the system could not find the environmental option that was entered." I also had a Diskette Drive seek 0 Failure but i fixed that by Making sure Floppy wasnt my boot priority. Some of my files that i have are not accessible and gives me the environmental error message. I cannot do System restore. It gives me an error saying System restore could not start. Is my hard drive corrupted? I cant even get my firewall on. Idk why its off. I cannot scan with AVG, it just doesnt work. I tried installing norton 90 day trial but it gave me that Environmental error, like the file didnt even register with my computer. Please help

Ok now here is what i did, i did system restore while in safe mode as someone suggested and it got rid of the Environmental problem. All my files are normal, but what hasnt changed is the crash when shutting down the computer and the Hard disk error message.

Replace your Flat-data-Cable..it might be damaged..if you have been un-installing the hardware--pulling on the Flat-data-Cable Ends..causes damage--after a couple of tries..

===

Also..dump the Floppy Drive..its useless..

Remove that from the PC..

===

A Blue Screen is a hardware issue..

So..remove all your PCI cards..

They must be intalled..one at a time..they must be updated fully--before adding a second PCI card..

Place the most power hungary PCI card at the upper most SLOT..

===

You need to examine your RAM Modules..are they the correct part-numbers for your Processor..

The Processor has a FSB/...

You need to find the correct RAM configuration for your computer..

===

All RAM modules must be the same..you can't mix RAM..like.../512 MBs and a 256 MBs..

RAM is added in identical pairs..

===

WIN 7 really works best with a Brand NEW HDD for SYS C:/drive..

..useing an old..or used one..has some tricks running..

===

Your computer sounds like a complete mess..

Good Luck.
