Why is the government not creating a long range Bomber?

The B3 that is in development is a Subsonic Long Range Bomber. Why with the F-22 and other fighters, baring the f-35. Can we not develop a Long Range Super-cruise Bomber? The B-1B is not really considered a Super-cruise Bomber, because it cannot sustain supersonic speed without after burners and is prone to environmental problems.Why is the government not creating a long range Bomber?Cruise missiles
