What economic problems do coral reefs present?

I'm trying to answer questions on my AP Environmental worksheet. I would really appreciate any information you could give me.What economic problems do coral reefs present?i took that class it was awful........ think about how they are receding and people steal them and sell them... they are becoming rare and the government must put money into protecting them. (bunch of bs if you ask me)
