What's the primary denial motivator when it comes to Republicans and man-made environmental problems? Is it mostly religious (blind faith) or mostly economic (make a buck at any cost)?
Do these conservatives respect the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, about keeping religious beliefs separate from national (science) policy? Or, do they think they, as the Chosen Ones, are exempt from the entire purpose of that amendment, along with the laws of physics and entropy?
Just curious about the prime directive of anti-environmentalism.Do Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?your question is too long. it's supposed to be:
%26lt;%26lt;Do Republicans think?%26gt;%26gt;
and the obvious answer is no.
how much thinking does a parrot do to repeat what it hears?
about the same as republicans do repeating what they hear on fauxlies.
with about the same amount of analysis and understanding behind it.
"GLOBAL WARMING AND THE IPCC IS ALL ABOUT GIVING POWER TO THE UN TO FORM A WORLD GOVERNMENT AND TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY TO GIVE TO 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES."
omg, global warming is a hoax to raise our taxes and give the money to welfare folks.
don't bother me with the science, my mind is set in stone already.Do Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?
If you're talking about Republican leaders, then it is mostly economic. They are strong supporters of the free market in principle, which they take to the extreme to mean "no government interference at all". Of course, laws are the only thing that will keep a company from polluting. The leaders are often also under pressure from the lobbyist groups of big business.
Then there are Republican zombies who oppose anything that Glenn Beck, Limbaugh, etc. tell them to oppose. These are the everyday moron Republicans, and the vast majority are conspiracy theorists who believe that environmental laws are just an excuse to tax us, either because politicians want to get rich or because they are strong believers in communism (you see a lot of people saying ridiculous things like "green is the new red".) They hear one or two "facts" that are not in agreement with the overwhelming body of facts supporting the need for environmental legislation, and that is all that they have in mind. They use these "facts" as justification to believe that environmentalism is all a hoax. It's quite a paranoid mindset, since they seem to believe that communism is going to take control any day now unless they are constantly looking out for it.
I think religion is a small part of it for many of them, but probably only a tiny handful of Republicans use this as their biggest argument.Do Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?ONe might suppose that Republicans = Conservatives = Conservation, and that fundamentalists would not be the same as Republicans. I think the two aligned over issues like slavery, abortion, and birth control; perhaps a need for "blind" faith. I think politicians *do* get (extra) money and favors for their postitions, but may frame their reasons in religious terms to sell it to the masses. Also, some of these emotional issues may serve to distract many of us from more difficult things.Do Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?
ANY polititian will f~~k the planet.. thats what they do... it s man thingDo Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?I think you might be retarded.
Not that there's anything wrong with that, I just thought you should know.Do Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?
It's not anti-environtmentalism it's anti taxes.Do Republicans think The Rapture nullifies the need for conservation?
Sounds like you are mixing science with religion..who said ALL republicans are Christians, and who said ALL democrats aren't? Also, do you honestly believe that there are no environmentalist republicans or environmentalist Christians! There are even democrats who are NOT environmentalists! I hate when people want to put everyone in a box, people are not so black and white.
I don't believe that republicans do much thinking in general.
