Environmental Problem?

My neighbor is burning copper electric wire remove the insulation And I researched and found out that it harmful to people to breathe the fumes of the burning insulation. A lot of people in the neighbor and getting pretty upset about this. The other day his flames got out of control and was burning his wooden fence down. And I have breathing problems and it causes me to have trouble breathing. So what should I do about this problem?Environmental Problem?Perhaps you --along with the other concerned neighbors-- could send a signed petition to him to stop (explaining why he should), and if he doesn't, you could send a copy to the health department. Even if just one of you speaks to him would be good, or one could send him a registered letter, keeping a copy to show authorities if he doesn't comply. (Speaking to him would be quicker, but you might want to get hyis response on tape.) IF he doesn't respond favorabl:

I'd call the Health Department, %26amp; give them his name, address, exactly what he's doing, and whatever else they need from you.

Do you have access to a video camera? Or, even a still camera? ... If you can *show* whoever you report him to --(IF that is necessary)-- that what you say is *fact*, rather than just your over-reaction, and --specifically-- if you can get close-ups (or they can be made from what you take), the authorities will likely be much quicker to act, %26amp; the results will likely be better.

Some people aren't very aware of health

%26amp; environmental concerns, %26amp; appreciate someone telling them kindly. Unfortunately, that isn't always the case...Environmental Problem? If there's danger of the fire getting out of control,

I'd also alert the fire marshal in the area.

Environmental Problem?report it as a complaint to the police as a health and enviromental problem. also stay away from it and try to breathe as little of that air as possible.Environmental Problem?
You should immediately report him to your local Environmental Health Department. This is a serious matter and he must be stopped immediately. You do not say where you are so I will put a couple of links which may help you.
